The Bulls are 5-2 and are just coming off a 4 games in 5 days stretch that used 10 players on the roster. Derrick Rose, who sprained his ankles in the October 31st Cleveland game has only appeared in 3 games this season. And, the question has been raised, Can Derrick can counted on to play this season? Both Coach Thibobeau and Bulls management would like to see Rose play. But only Rose can know himself.
He's missed almost two seasons, and 4 games in this young season and fans are hoping to see him on the court. When Rose sprained his ankle vs. Cleveland, he made it clear that people could "breath, it's just a sprain." Fans have been fervently hoping that he would be the missing piece to Chicago's quest for a title. Guard Aaron Brooks literally bought the Bulls from the near dead a few days ago, but Boston made a few plays in the final minute to hang on for the victory.
It made seeing Rose play all the more imperative. They haven't played the good teams, which is mainly in the Western Conference and haven't been on national TV. If Rose misses say a Golden State Warriors game, then the talk with get serious quickly. Until then, it's waiting for a healthy Rose who can complement the great pieces in the roster.
